Bodies Personal Trainer Michelle Israelite also leads a bootcamp in Blue Springs. They meet at Delta Woods Middle School Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:00-7:00 am. She has been teaching bootcamps for 3 years. These bootcamps are 8 week sessions, but if you missed the start date your still more than welcome to come check it out!
